Cranberry Brie Bites Recipe
Enjoy this simple, appetizer recipe with family and your favorite Hocking Hills Winery wine.

Wine Pairing:
Hocking Hills Winery Riesling
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 (8 ounce) wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 tsp honey (try our hot honey recipe on our blog!)
- Crusty bread or crackers
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Slice off the top of the brie and place cheese in a small baking dish.
- Place dish in oven and bake until melty, about 7 minutes.
- Remove dish and top brie generously with cranberry sauce and honey (if desired).
- Stir to combine. Place rosemary sprig on top and bake another 10-15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers for dipping.
- Enjoy!
