Hot Honey Recipe
Enjoy this simple, appetizer recipe with family and your favorite Hocking Hills Winery wine.

Wine Pairing:
Hocking Hills Winery Sweet Chardonnay
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp coarse Kosher salt
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients together in a saucepan on low heat.
- Cook for 15-20 mins on low.
- Add crumbled bacon for some extra pizzazz.
- Pairs well with smoked cheddar cheese and sliced green apples.
