Two New Wines!

Today we're excited to announce two new wine releases today at Hocking Hills Winery! 2019 Pinto Grigio and 2018 Petite Sirah!
Our 2019 Pinot Grigio is a crisp refreshing white wine, which offers flavors of pear and melon. Pairs well with seafood or pastas with white sauce.
But why is it pink?! The Pinot Grigio grape is light reddish, purple in color and sometimes when pressing the juice some of that color transfer from the skins into the juice, giving it a pink hue. We think this pink hue is gorgeous and hope you agree!
Our newest Petite Sirah was harvested on the west coast. This red wine is intensely colored offering savory notes of dark berries and roasted spices. This wine was aged 12 months on American oak, which created a finish of chalky tannins with vanilla and dark cocoa.
Our last Petite Sirah release won a Bronze Medal at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition! We'll have to wait and see what awards this release may bring home!
