2021 SAUVIGNON BLANC
Tasting Notes:
Notes of kiwi, lime, passionfruit, lemongrass, and white peach make this Sauvignon Blanc a delicate refreshing wine.
Winemaker Notes:
Our 2021 Sauvignon Blanc was made with pressed juice from Washington state. This wine hits the difficult boundary between grassy/vegetal Sauvignon Blancs vs. extremely fruity and tropical versions. It has an explosive tropical nose of kiwi, lime and lemongrass which follows on the palate with the added flavors of passionfruit and white peach. This wine is currently our most aromatic offering and a great option for customers who would like to try dry wines, but normally drink sweet.
