Introducing Ash Cave Crimson
ASH CAVE CRIMSON
Tasting Notes:
Ash Cave Crimson is a dry, red wine blend. Displaying characteristics of leather, allspice, anise, red cherry and boysenberries.
Winemaker Notes:
Ash Cave Crimson is our new non-vintage red blend made from our 2019 Washington Cabernet Sauvignon and our 2021 Ohio Regent. The Cabernet gives this blend the rustic flavors and aromas of leather, allspice and anise, while the Regent adds the bright fruit characters of red cherries and boysenberries.
